The characters are from Tales of Symphonia 2 for the Wii and the original scan was found on Animepaper.net. I thought of the "aura" idea from Ragnarok Online! (used to play, but RebirthRO wiped... D: )
So I kind of wished that I had played the first ToS before the second, but it was a wonderful game nonetheless!! I loved how it had voice acting. If you guys have the time, try this game out! (:
